Sacred Feminine Retreat — Lake Atitlán, Guatemala

Daily expectations and responsibilities can quickly become overwhelming, especially when you're always in motion—setting goals, pushing forward, and achieving with fierce determination.
Before burnout takes over, there comes a moment to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself.

For 7 days, we gathered in Guatemala for the Sacred Feminine Retreat, a deeply nourishing experience designed for driven, high-achieving women who often find their self-worth tied to how much they accomplish. Many of them had spent years in their masculine energy—structured, productive, always in motion—yet longed for a different rhythm. A softer one. A more soulful, feminine one.

This retreat wasn’t about escaping life.
It was about remembering how to feel. How to flow. How to trust that being is enough.

The transformation was palpable—shoulders dropped, tears flowed, laughter returned, and self-compassion bloomed. These women came searching for rest, and left rooted in their feminine power.

Our facilitators

  • Over the years, I’ve had the honor of working with many women in my Ayurvedic consultations, and a recurring theme has emerged: the deep, often unmet need to reconnect with their feminine energy. This energetic disconnection is frequently at the root of physical imbalances, emotional unrest, and a sense of disorientation.
It’s from this understanding that the inspiration to host retreats was born.

In my own journey, reawakening the feminine within has been profoundly transformative. It has deepened my relationship with my body and emotions, given me clarity about who I am, helped me move toward my goals with more grace, and unlocked a powerful well of creativity and pleasure. Today, this connection to the feminine is one of my greatest strengths—and I am deeply passionate about holding space for others to experience this too.

Each retreat I co-create is an opportunity to step away from societal roles and expectations, and return to the truth of who we are. Through intentional practices, sacred community, and deep rest, we open the door to intuition, creation, softness, and love—the kind of love that becomes the foundation of our vitality and fulfillment.

These retreats are not escapes. They are homecomings. And I look forward to welcoming you on one of these sacred journeys.

  • Hosting retreats for women holds a very special place in my heart. It’s a dream I’ve carried for years—born from my own experiences in women’s circles and the powerful transformations I’ve witnessed within them. Time and time again, I’ve seen how women uplift and strengthen one another when given the space to simply be themselves. These moments of shared vulnerability, wisdom, and support have been some of the most enriching of my life.

I believe deeply in the importance of a strong, conscious sisterhood—a community where women walk side by side, not in competition, but in collaboration and care. My travels and work have introduced me to countless inspiring women on unique paths, and their stories have become the heartbeat behind the retreats I now create.

So many of us are strong, ambitious, and deeply committed to growth and purpose. And while that fire is beautiful, it’s also easy to lose touch with our feminine essence—the part of us that thrives in rest, flow, and presence. Through these retreats, I hope to create sanctuaries where we can pause, soften, and reclaim the power of simply being.

I can’t wait to continue meeting women like you—on a shared journey toward wholeness, joy, and inner truth.
