Hello, I'm Genevieve! I want to share a piece of my journey with Ayurveda.

For years, I knew about its potential, but never really put it into practice. A routine always felt very rigid and I didn’t think I was disciplined enough to maintain one. 

Then, during a time when I felt off-balance and was struggling with my health, I sought guidance from an Ayurvedic counselor and incorporated those principles into my daily life. Through simple daily practices like yoga, meditation, breathwork, journaling, and mindful eating and habits, I found a path back to myself and a renewed sense of peace. These simple practices made a huge difference in my life, and gaining an understanding of my own nature helped me regain balance and navigate through life’s challenges. 

That's why I became an Ayurvedic consultant - to empower others to take control of their well-being. You don't need to wait for health problems! Integrating these practices into your daily routine can improve your life and truly help you thrive.

Throughout these 8 weeks, you'll have 4 consultations and weekly check-ins for ongoing support. Each week, you'll gain access to a new yoga class tailored specifically to your unique nature, along with guided meditation sessions to jumpstart your practice. You can engage with these sessions at your convenience, without the pressure of adhering to a strict schedule. Additionally, you'll receive valuable content on Ayurveda principles, lifestyle practices, and nutritional guidance each week.

Week 1: Spark Your Journey

You’ll start your journey with a consultation to gain deeper insights into your nature, goals, and needs as we work to establish a clearer understanding. Here, we'll get to know you better and personalize your journey to align with your unique essence. You’ll discover the foundational principles of Ayurveda as we introduce you to its core concepts and discover and begin your yoga and meditation journey. 

Week 2: Foundation

You'll build on the previous week's knowledge, diving deeper into the foundational principles of Ayurveda. Learn about Prakriti (state of balance) and Vikriti (state of imbalances), as well as various concepts about digestion. Additionally, you'll discover your second yoga class, meditation session, and a breathwork technique selected specifically for you.

Week 3: Intentions for a Balanced Life

This week, you'll have your second consultation of the program to redefine your goals. Learn about intentions and recommendations for creating a more balanced life. Continue with your third yoga, meditation, and pranayama classes.

Week 4: Ayurvedic Rituals

Dive into the details of daily and nighttime rituals. Start and end your day with practices that support your digestion, energy levels, and overall well-being. Prioritize activities that bring you joy and a sense of calm, establishing a routine that empowers you to be more productive and focused. Follow up with your weekly yoga, meditation, and pranayama classes.

Week 5: Nourish Your Body Mindfully

Have your third consultation to keep you on track and revisit your priorities. Explore mindful eating principles and enjoy delicious recipes tailored to your unique nature. Experience the joy of mindful eating and connect your food choices to your overall well-being. Continue with your weekly yoga, meditation, and pranayama classes.

Week 6: Nutritional Wisdom

Discover your personalized nutritional cheat sheet to empower your dietary choices. Continue your yoga and pranayama practice to support your well-being journey.

Week 7: Expand Your Yoga Practice

In your fourth consultation, reflect on your achievements and receive tools and recommendations for continued success in your wellness journey with confidence and ease. This week, you'll continue your weekly yoga class while also exploring the broader aspects of yoga. Dive into the 8 limbs of yoga, learning about practices beyond just asana, and refine your overall practice. 

Week 8: Deepen Your Relationships

Learn about yoga practices that will help you deepen your relationship with yourself and others, fostering a more intentional life. Discover your weekly yoga and meditation class. Celebrate and complete your program feeling empowered and thriving. You'll also have a final call to recap your journey and ensure you feel confident to continue with all the tools you need.
